Shipping policy

Order processing times: Up to four business days to ship. Orders received after 7pm will be processed the next business day.

Returns: In the event of a lost or damaged order, we will carefully review your refund request and take appropriate actions according to our refund policy.

Potential service interruptions: Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control (e.g. weather).

Order tracking details: Customers can visit the order status page to check the progress of their order as it's fulfilled. Refer to our refund policy if a package is lost.

DDP / DDU service (Customer is responsible for paying any applicable import customs clearance fees, duty fees, and taxes upon delivery)
